Support for Every Member of the Family
Whatever stage you're at — exploring first concerns, waiting for a diagnosis, or living with one already — I'm here for the whole family, not just the individual.
Children & Young People
Sleep support, behavioural support, holistic assessments and neurodiversity profiling — tailored to how children actually think, learn and grow.
Adults
Holistic assessments and neurodiversity profiling for adults exploring a late diagnosis or seeking clarity for the first time.
Parents & Carers
Practical, judgement-free guidance for the people supporting a neurodivergent child or family member every day.
Anyone on a Waiting List
Meaningful, structured support while you wait for an NHS or private autism or ADHD assessment — and support that continues afterwards, too.
How I Work With You
A simple, honest process — built around understanding you first, not fitting you into a fixed programme.
1. Book a Discovery Call
I start with a conversation — about your situation, your goals and what "support" actually needs to look like for you.
2. Understand the Whole Picture
Through assessment or profiling where relevant, I build a clear, honest picture of strengths, challenges and needs.
3. Build Practical Support
I'll agree a realistic plan with you — sleep strategies, behavioural approaches or ongoing guidance — and stay with you as things change.
Support That Looks Beyond a Diagnosis
Unlike many providers who focus solely on diagnosis, I offer ongoing support before, during and after assessment.
My approach is centred around understanding the individual, recognising strengths, addressing challenges and creating practical strategies that improve everyday life.
I believe everyone deserves access to compassionate, personalised support regardless of where they are on their journey.
- Whole-journey support, not just diagnosis
- 24 years of hands-on, person-centred experience
- Practical strategies for everyday life
Who's Around Your Table?
Every family's journey involves more than one person round the table — family, Family Wellbeing Services, CAMHS, social services, schools. The right support happens when everyone involved sits as equals, working together in the best interest of the person at the centre.
Nobody is above, and nobody is below. I work alongside the other people and services already supporting you — sharing information where it helps, coordinating where it matters, and always keeping the focus on what's genuinely best for you or your child.
If you're already working with other professionals or services, I see that as a strength to build on, not a box to tick.
