In Short

In short: personalised, practical sleep strategies for children and families struggling with bedtime, night waking or sleep-related sensory needs — usually delivered over a few sessions, with ongoing support as things change.

Sleep struggles can affect every part of family life — and they’re often one of the first things to break down when a child is neurodivergent or navigating additional needs. My Sleep Support service helps you understand what’s really happening at bedtime and through the night, and gives you a practical, personalised plan to move forward.

What’s Involved

I start by understanding your child’s routine, environment and individual needs. From there, I build a personalised sleep strategy — covering wind-down routines, environment adjustments, and consistent approaches the whole family can follow.

Who It’s For

Families of children who struggle to fall asleep, wake frequently, or find bedtime distressing — including children with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or anxiety around sleep.

What You Can Expect

  • A full sleep history and needs assessment
  • A personalised, practical sleep plan
  • Ongoing support as the plan is put into practice
  • Adjustments as your child’s needs change
Common Questions

About Sleep Support

How quickly will we see results?

Every child is different, but most families notice a definite difference within the first week of following a personalised plan — with the fullest impact typically seen within 28 days.

Does this involve sleep training or controlled crying?

I don't use controlled crying. Every plan is built around gentle, practical strategies that fit your child's needs and your family's values and circumstances.

Is this suitable for children with autism or sensory sensitivities?

Yes — sleep support is especially helpful for children whose sleep is affected by sensory sensitivities, anxiety or routine changes.
